  • Exercise – It is suggested to have regular physical activity to help us maintain muscle mass, improve cardiovascular health, boost mood, and sustain hobbies that require physical strength.   • Stress Management –Important to have effective stress management techniques such as meditation, yoga, deepbreathing, or any activity offering the same relaxation, which can reduce the negative impacts of stress on health
  • Avoid Harmful Behaviors – Avoiding vices such as smoking will have a great impact on your overall health. Moderate to no intake of alcohol can avoid health risks
